Дом сдаётся людям не младше 28 лет, не для шумных посиделок, предпочтителен семейный отдых с детьми. Во дворе есть отдельная баня. С одной стороны дома вид на лес, с другой — на горы. Аренда по договору. Дом сдаётся от 2 суток проживания. Залог при заселении равен половине суточной цены аренды. При проживании от 3 суток скидка 15 процентов. Курение в доме строго запрещено. Заезд в 16:00, выезд в 12:00.
