Advantages:

Чисто, аккуратно, тихо. Две отдельные комнаты. Центр города, все в шаговой доступности. Единственный минус - но это не вина хозяев квартиры - горячая вода с запахом (говорят, это старые коммуникации и характерно для всего города). В маленькой комнате желательно поменять матрас в кровати - очень мягкий, спать неудобно. И подушку тоже. Спасибо
